You have placed an order but you still haven't received it?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 working days on average. Tracking information is sent to you by email once the order has been shipped. Please note that all orders containing pre-ordered product(s) will be dispatched on the date or within the timeframe indicated in the product description.

Have you received a damaged product?

We only accept claims for products that have never been worn or washed, or items that have not been used.

In order for us to better assist you, if your item is damaged, we ask that you send photos to our customer service department for analysis. Once we have received the photos, our teams will get back to you quickly to keep you informed of the processing of your request.

Are you missing a product from your order?

You wish to exchange a product?

To exchange a product, please contact us. We only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. However, any personalised product cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange a size, please return your order for a refund and then reorder the size you require.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not be altered or worn. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.

How long will it take for us to get back stock of an out-of-stock product?

All the information we have is available on the shop. We invite you to come back regularly to check the availability of products.
